Can I return an item I purchased from CeylonTreasuresB2B?
Yes, we accept returns for specific cases such as:
- Damaged or defective items upon arrival
- Incorrect products delivered
- Products that differ significantly from the approved sample or specification
Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and items should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Which items are not eligible for return?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or engraved jewelry that are altered, or damage by buyer
- Gemstones that have been set, altered, or damaged by the buyer
- Items returned due to buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Gold plated jewerlery after warrenty period
How do I request a return or replacement?

- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos or video showing the damage or error
Our team will review and guide you through the next steps.
Will I get a replacement or a refund within the warranty period?
If the return is approved:
- We first offer a free replacement
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund
How long will it take to get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method or by bank transfer for B2B partners.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
